Los Hervideros are one of the most impressive natural wonders of Lanzarote. To get there, you must take the LZ-2 highway towards Yaiza, a picturesque town that is an ideal stop to have a coffee or enjoy the landscape. After passing Yaiza, continue along the LZ-704 in the direction of El Golfo, another place of interest famous for its Laguna Verde. Along this route, you will find several signposted detours towards Los Hervideros.
While there is no direct public transportation from Puerto del Carmen to Los Hervideros, many tourist agencies offer excursions that include this destination, as well as other nearby attractions such as El Golfo and the Salinas de Janubio. It is also possible to rent a car or hire a taxi to make the journey independently, which offers the advantage of being able to explore the area at your own pace. Once in Los Hervideros, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain is uneven, and don’t forget a camera to capture the spectacular views.
